Air BNB Cleanings Fixed Rate*

Air BNB Cleanings include: Turn-over Services for your Air BNB rentals / 'End of Visit' inspections / Alert you of any damage or missing items. Looking to add a special touch? We are happy to replace/refill any amenities you would like to provide your guests, along with any other little touches. Your rental will be left sparkling and ready for your next guest. *Fixed rates are determined by square foot and itemized cleaning list. Additional fees will charged for excess cleaning for rentals left in extreme disarray.
Organizing Fixed Rate*

Minimum charge of $50. Need help organizing that room that seems to keep collecting things? Just moved and need help unpacking? Organizing services include unpacking and arranging your belongings. We can provide boxes, storage contianers and decorative organizational bins. *** ***Storage containers of any kind are charged in addition to the fixed rate.
Commercial Services $35/Hour**

Commercial Services: Detail Cleaning, Sanitizing Highly Touched Surfaces, ect... If you would like a routine cleaning we can provide a rotating list of items that is customized to your business's needs. ** Fixed rates are available, schedule a free consulation to discuss your pricing options.
Residential Services $35/Hour**

General cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vaccuming, ect... We provide standard cleaning products and equipment. We can provide eco-friendly chemical upon request. ** Fixed rates are available, schedule a free consulation to discuss your pricing options.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation with 24 hours of scheduled appointment are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
